"Lula Cardwell Curry, 61, of Frankfort, wife of David Curry, died Monday, December 10, 2001, at her residence after a lengthy illness. A native of Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late P. D. and Wilma Bingham Cardwell. She was a homemaker and member of Bridgeport Christian Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Paul Curry of Frankfort; three daughters, Yolanda Hammond of Frankfort, Kim Young of Versailles, and Alison Curry of Lexington; a sister, Patsy Bates, Frankfort; and six grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Thursday, December 13, 2001, at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral home in Frankfort. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens."
