Mrs. Alice Erickson Hamerstadt. 71, died at 11:30 Friday night at her home, 1507 Grove street. She was the widow of Charles Hamerstadt, whom she married in 1891 and who died January 2, 1926. Born at Princeton, IL, she lived the greater part of her life in this city. Survivors are two daughters: Mrs. J. Robert Hall, Hammond; and Mrs. Gladys Isaacs, West Lafayette; also two brothers and a sister, Harry and Oscar Erickson, Lafayette, and Mrs. Ida Scott, Potomac, IL. She belonged to the Free Methodist church where services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday, the body to lie in state an hour preceding the service. Body at Rogers and Henderson funeral home afternoon Sunday.
