Funeral services for Mrs. Mollie P. Bryant, 86, of 301 N. Prentiss, will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. from the Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. R. R. Newman officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Bryant died Tuesday in a local hospital after my extended illness. A native of Smith County, she had lived in Jackson 40 years. She was the widow of the late William A. Bryant, who died in 1962, and a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, the Rev. O. C. Bryant of Notasulga, Ala., and Otha A. Bryant of Jackson; one daughter, Mrs. Robert "Nola" Roberts of Crystal Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Tullos of Jackson and Mrs. Nonnie Ward of Atlanta, Ga., three half- sisters, Mrs. Sallie Williamson of Mt. Olive; Mrs. Mable Burns of Gulfport and Mrs. Gracie Martin of Magee; Ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
