H. W. WEED KILLED IN BRIGHTON WRECK
H. W. WEED, one of the victims of the Brighton Beach train wreck on Friday night, was for ten years director of employment for nearly all of the Riker & Liggett stores. Mr. WEED owned a home at 1912 Avenue H and was on his way to his family when he met his untimely death. When Mr. WEED started for home on Friday he was in the prime of life and the best of health. He was a man of strong religious principles, clean in his conversation and his life. He was doing a great work in a great institution and his tragic death is a shock from the effect of which his family and friends will never recover.
