He was born in North Braddock on July 11,1922, the son of Wesley R. and Anna Gould Evans. Survived by his wife, Grace Jackson Evans; a daughter, Sara Anne Lemmon of Bellevue, Wash.; three sons, Timothy D. Evans of Virginia, Charles W. Evans of Ross and Evan J. Evans of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; seven granddaughters; one great-granddaughter.
