Henry is the son of Nicolas Judy and Mary Fautz. On Dec 5, 1839 he married Elizabeth Ann Kimble daughter of John Adam Kimble and Hannah Cunningham Kimble. Of this Union their were at least six children born; Hiram, Henson, Noah,John, Hannah, Mary. On the stone that has Father Judy I believe this to be him. Henry died of pneumonia in Hardy county.
