In 1881, Sennett Y. and Sarah J. Bradley executed the following deed to NENIAN ELISHA BRADLEY in which they resigned their interest in the lands that belonged to Sennett Young's father, ELISHA BRADLEY.

This indenture made this the 27th day of April 1881 between Senate Y. Bradley of the County of Fleming State of Kentucky of the one part and Nenian E. Bradley of the County of Bath of the other part witnesseth, that said Senate Y. Bradley for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said Nenian E. Bradley his heirs and assigns all his entire undivided interest in the lands that the late ELISHA BRADLEY died possessed of counting about one hundred and thirty acres be the Same more or less and lying and being in the County of Bath and on waters of Licking River and he SENATE Y. BRADLEY being an heir at law of the Said ELISHA BRADLEY deceased and his interest being one Eleventh, together with all and Singular the rights and improvements thereunto belonging to have and to hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto him the Said Nenian E. Bradley his heirs and assigns forever and the Said Senate Bradley his heirs Executors and Administrators the said tract of land and appurtenances to the Said Nenian E. Bradley his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend against the Claim or claims of any and all persons whatsoever, testimony whereof the Said Senate Y. Bradley and Sarah Bradley his wife who hereby relinquishes her right of Dower and homestead exemption in the lands conveyed in this deed have hereunto Set their hands the day and year first aforesaid.
