Paula lived in the Lindsay area for twenty-two years. She was a member of Criner Baptist Church and worked as a home health aide. Paula loved motorcycles and her dog "Boomer". She also enjoyed going to the lake and fishing. Most of all, she loved her friends and family.
Paula is survived by her mother, Delores Adams of Lindsay, Oklahoma, her children; Derrick Scoggins of Lindsay and Cony Scoggins of Norman, Oklahoma, two brothers, Greg Adams and wife Janet of Lindsay and Terry Adams of Lindsay and two sisters; Margret Ledfond and husband Buster of Whitehouse, Texas and Donna Schreiber and husband Greg of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind two grandchildren; Keeton Scoggins and Colby Scoggins, three nephews: Brad Ledfond, Kyle Schreiber and Trace Adams and six nieces: Emily Adams, Brandie Cully, Rachelle McVay, Tara McVay, Rachel Adams and Nicole Schreiber as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Preceding Paula in death were her father, Delbert Adams and one sister, Elizabeth Diane Adams.
Funeral services for Ms. Scoggins are set for ten o'clock a.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Bro. Ronnie Akerman officiating and Pastor Preston Clegg assisting. Services are under the direction of B.G. Boydston Funeral Home of Lindsay, Oklahoma.
