Lillian K. Skram
COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Lillian Kathryn Skram, 45, Columbia, formerly of St. Joseph, died Friday, Jan. 1, 1999, at a Columbia health-care center.
Miss Skram worked for Harts Sheltered Workshop, Sterling, Colo., and was an original resident of the Harts Home for the Retarded. She later was employed at the Methodist Hospital, Omaha, Neb., for 15 years, and worked the past six years at Central Missouri Shelter Enterprises, Columbia.
Born Aug. 31, 1953, in Ankara, Turkey, she attended the Myrtle Miller School for Exceptional Children, St. Joseph, Hoover Grade School, Mason City, Iowa, and Hope Haven, Rock Valley, Iowa.
Miss Skram was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard A. and Joseph J.
Surviving: her parents, Joseph and Mary E., Columbia; four sisters, Suzanne Hart, Columbia, Eleanor A., New York City, Nancy Tolliver, Charleston, W. Va., and Patricia L. Turner, Portland, Ore.; and three brothers, Christopher J. and Peter S., both of Denver, and Paul E., Charleston.
Service: 11 a.m. Monday, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Columbia. Burial: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Mount Olivet Cemetery, St. Joseph. Family visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, at the church. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Our Lady of Lourdes Building Fund, 903 Bernadette Drive, Columbia, MO 65203. Arrangements: Parker Funeral Service & Crematory, Columbia.
