Yafeu Akiyele Fula was born to Yaasmyn Fula and Sekou Odinga. Yafeu's family, along with that of Tupac Shakur's family formed a strong bond together back in New York. Kadafi and Tupac were inseparable both growing up together living in same households. Tupac served as Kadafi's Father figure and mentor, always schooling him on the ways of the world, along with his Mother. Tupac and Kadafi came up with the rap group "The Outlawz". Kadafi always spoke his mind and stood up for what he believed in. Kadafi went with Tupac to Deathrowe Record's and it was there where he guest starred on Tupac's biggest album titled "All Eyez On Me". Kadafi was featured on 3 songs on that album. He also sang on a lot of different songs as well.Real name Yafeu a Fula.
Kadafi was a member of the dominant hip hop group called The OutLawz, founded by 2pac. Kadafi was born a rising star a very quiet kid whom was very shy and always knew when to step in when things got out of hand!. Even though he has not had any cd records or personal albums out he was in numerous outlawz and tupac songs, including, "hit em up", "Hail Mary" and " all About You".
he went back to irvington N.J, the night of his fallen member tupacs memorial, and was shot in the head by another rappers cousin. Kadafi was the only witness to see his best friend tupac get killed and said he could clearly identify who the shooter was in a line up, he never got to make it to see the line up to identify the shooter! he was only 19 years old. with a quick lip and a matching temper, kadafi was the real no 1 contender! His mother wrote and dedicated her time to her sons new website www.yakikadafi.com and a new mixtape is being thought out to be released soon!
