|Death: ||Aug. 19, 1835|
Aged 56 years. Born about 1779. Wife of Col Joseph Hutchinson.
Her epitaph (in part):
Her merits were best known by her husband, her children and her intimate friends. The poor will remember her, and her memory will be embalmed by the tears of the needy. She died at the house of her son-in-law, James Terry, Esq., and at her request, is here placed by the side of her grandchild (Pamela Rosalie Terry). This place is holy ground. World, with thy cares, away. (The preceding epitaph, on a Scots Table, is partially illegible because the top of the crypt is broken, and even the name of the deceased is missing. A repair was attempted, but is so badly done that cement covers much of the inscription).
Mary Anne Hutchinson Terry (____ - 1886)*
