Alicetine M. Brothers, 68, of Schultz, died Monday at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born in Pleasants County, a daughter of the late Harvey and Ida Delong Maston. She is survived by two sons, James and Lowell Brothers, both of St. Marys; eight sisters, Ruth Kelley, Zora Straight, Mable Steele, Georgia Hendrickson and Genevieve McFarland, all of St. Marys, Louella Smith of Newport, Ora Marshall of Coolville, OH, and Ola Pinkerton of Parkersburg; three brothers, Ralph, Clyde, and Carl Maston, all of St. Marys; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Brothers.

Services were 1pm Thursday at the Ruttencutter Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial in Willow Island Cemetery, Willow Island.
