Professional Hockey Player. A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played as a Goalie for the New York Rangers from 1941 to 1942, and from 1945 to 1948, and for the Chicago Blackhawks from 1948 to 1949. He was also Head Coach for the Brandon Wheat Kings in the SJHL from 1964 to 1965. After retiring from hockey Henry opened up a tourist lodge with fellow hockey player, Claude Rayner in Kenora, Ontario, with a partnership that lasted for 22 years. He also became a noted cattle farmer in Pluma, Manitoba. Henry died in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 83. (bio by: K)
