Mrs. Laura F. SEDAM, 97, Grass Creek, died at 5 a.m. today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lottie Plummer, Grass Creek. Mrs. Sedam was born June 6, 1880, to Henry C. and Sarah Ellen JULIAN HERROLD in Grass Creek. She was married Frb. 21, 1897, to Ora A. SEDAM in Cass county; he died Sept. 25, 1948. She was a member of the Logansport Seventh Day Adventist church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lottie PLUMMER, Grass Creek, and Mrs. Ruth VanMETER, South Bend; two sons, Claude [SEDAM], South Bend, and Herold [SEDAM], Yucca Valley, Cal.; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren. A son, two brothers and two sisters preceded in death. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Harrison Garden chapel, Kewanna, with the Rev. David FISH officiating. Burial will be at the Grass Creek cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today.
