"TUFTS - On Thursday, Aug. 29, 1900, at 5:10 o'clock a.m., CLARISSA MARY TUFTS, widow of the late Alfred Tufts, Sr., aged 77 years, 8 months and 19 days, a native of New York, and a resident of this city for seventeen years.
The friends and acquaintances of the family, also those of her sons, Albert and William E., and her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Alfred Tufts, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place This (Friday) Afternoon, Aug. 31, from the residence of her son, Albert Tufts, No. 342 Pacific street, between Alix and Pelican streets, Algiers without further notice.
