David's second wife was Jeanette Charron Neveu, widow of Edward Neveu. They were married on Sept. 20, 1897 in Bay City.
They had three sons: James (1898-1954), Floyd (1900-1978), and Earl (1902-1991). The boys were all born in Bay City. The family moved to Ecorse.

Note: His given name was Toussaint and he went by this name until about 1885. After that, he went by the name "David T.".
