Milton G. Edwards, 79, of Burgettstown, died Sunday May 3, 1992, in Steubenville, Ohio. He was born December 31, 1912 in Follansbee, West Virginia, a son of Griffith and Margaret Gill Edwards. Mr. Edwards was retired from Prudential Insurance Co. and Paul Revere Insurance Co. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Burgettstown and New Cumberland Lodge 22 F&AM, New Cumberland, West Virginia. Surviving are his wife, Kathryn McCalmont Edwards and a son, John Edwards of Silver Springs, Maryland. Deceased are a daughter, Patricia Ann, and two brothers, Robert & Leslie Edwards. Services will be held Wednesday in the Lee and Martin Funeral home, Burgettstown with the Rev. David Dobi officiating. Burial will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. - Observer-Reporter, May 4, 1992.
