SEAFORD - Mazie M. Mahr of Seaford died of heart failure Tuesday, April 17, 2001, in Chancellor Health Care, Delmar. She was 95.

Mrs. Mahr retired in 1966 from Walker Garment Factory, Seaford.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roscoe Hensley, in 1935; her second husband, Christian B. Mahr, in 1955; and two children, Edward Mahr and Wanda Walker.

She is survived by four sons, Chris Mahr of North Olmsted, Ohio, Carl Mahr of Arnold, Md., and Bruce Mahr and William Mahr, both of Seaford; two daughters, Betty Bowdle of Federalsburg, Md., and Victoria Pfeifle of Georgetown; 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

A service and burial will be private. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Arthritis Foundation, 1505 Emerson Ave., Salisbury, MD 21801.
