Marjorie Jane (Margie)Cooper, age 86, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 7, 2012. Margie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Elbert Cooper; parents, Frank and Madeline Hawkins; infant grandson, Gregory Bradford; brother, Frank Hawkins Jr; sisters, June Combs and Ruth Croghan. Margie is survived by her daughter, Connie Bradford of Farragut; son, Robert Cooper and wife, Janice of Newport; grandchildren, April Wilson and husband Jimmy, Trisha Flynn and husband Daniel, Shane and Molly Cooper; great grandchildren, Evan Bradford, Myah Wilson and five other great grandchildren. Family and friends will gather at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at the East Tennessee State Veterans' Cemetery, 5901 Lyons View Pike for graveside services with Dr. Lee Wallace officiating.
