Long Illness Fatal to Jonas C Willmon
Last rites for Jonas C Willmon, Vivian community farmer who died Monday, were set for 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the Vivian Baptist church. The Rev. W.A. Garrett of Tulsa to officiate. Bearers are Raymond Thomas, Arch Yandell, Billy Pittman, Buck Davidson, Marvin Dawson and Levi Hopkins. Kelley funeral home is in charge.
Born March 5, 1881 in Alabama, Mr. Willmon had been a resident of this county 41 years.
He is survived by his wife; six sons, Willard of Roswell, N.M., Aubry of Texas, Lawrence of Prayor, Jonas Jr., of Ft. Morgan, Calif., Kenneth of the U.S. Army; five daughters, Ella Willmon of Muskogee, Arlene Lemons of California, Estelle Hughes, Hanna, Winnie Smithee of California, and Lahoma McFarland of Eufaula.
