James L Ogletree died last night at 10:30 o'clock at the residence of his father, 120 South Pryor street, as the result of blood poisioning. Eary last Monday morning the young man, who was employed as yard superintendant at the Pheonix planing mills, owned by his father, was walking out to the mills to start work. As he came near the mills he had a fainting spell and falling to the ground hit nad cut his headon the sidewalk.
The cut was treated at Grady hospital but was not cured. Blood poisoning resulted and his death occured last night. He was 30 years old.

Mr. Ogletree is survived by a father, mother and several brothers and sisters. The funeral services will be conducted from the Walter Street church tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. The interment will be held at Westview cemetery.
