Donald E. Frizzell, 90, of Pine Bluff, died Wednesday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

He was born March 18, 1922 in Brummitt to the late L.B. and Alma Marian Tipton Frizzell.

He was the retired owner of Frizzell Trucking Company in Pine Bluff, and a US Army Veteran of World War II, having been stationed in Saipan.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Star City, and a member of the Branchville Masonic Lodge.

Also preceding him in death was his wife, Helen Bond Frizzell; 2 sons, Terry Wayne Frizzell, Donald Bond Frizzell; 3 brothers, Burnice Frizzell, J.T. Frizzell, Nelson Frizzell; and 2 sisters, Zenobie Goggans, Margie James.

Survivors include 1 son, Gary Frizzell and wife Regina of Pine Bluff; 1 daughter, Linda Wilson of Fayetteville; 3 brothers, William H. "Bill" Frizzell of Star City, Johnnie Frizzell of Alabama, Charles Frizzell of Sherwood; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Leek Cemetery in Star City with Bro. Charles McBryde officiating.

Visitation will be 9:00-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
