The following obituary appeared in Bloomington, Illinois newspaper named The Pantagraph on April 4, 1883. (My only clue)
Laid to Rest
"From the First M. E. Church yesterday, occurred the funeral of Mrs. Azubah Yeomans, who died on Monday morning, at the advanced age of 94 years. The attendance of friends was respectable. The deceased, whose maiden name was Miss Waters, was born in Massachusetts in the year of 1788, and was married in the year of 1808. She had lived close and consistent member of the Methodist Church for 78 years. Her life has run parallel with the history of the republic and that of the Methodist Church, She was born when they were in their infancy, and has seen them gradually grow to their present magnificence. Of late she had lived with her daughter, Mrs Throckmorton, at 315 South Prairie Street" (no cemetery listing in the paper.)
