Thelma King Kivett, 86, of Lewisville, N.C. died April 13, 1995, at Triad Methodist Home.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, Walter E. King and Ida May Moore King, and two sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Rigdon D. Kivett of the home; sons, Don R. Kivett of Lewisville, W. Eric Kivett of Winston-Salem; sisters, Martha Johnson of Cape Coral, Fla., Helen Hill of Tucson, Ariz.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hanes-Lineberry North Elm Chapel in Greensboro with interment in Lakeview Memorial Park.
She was a member of Rehobeth United Methodist Church and a former Sunday School teacher. She was a graduate of Guilford College and taught school in East Bend, Yadkin County and Guilford County. She retired from the Guilford County Tax Department.
The family will receive friends 6:30-8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
