Millard F. Wolfgang of Saginaw passed away suddenly Sunday evening June 27, 1976 at Glennie, Michigan. He was born February 3, 1923 in Saginaw where he had been a lifelong resident.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and with the U.S. Air Force from 1948 until 1952. He was employed as an inspector at the Saginaw Manufacturing Co. for the past 8 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 439 and the U.A.W. Local No. 467. He married Florence M. Crumm on May 6, 1961. She survives him. surviving besides his wife is a son, Ward D. Wolfgang, at home; also five brothers and two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Bartels, San Antonio, Tx; M.M.C.S. Lyle E. Wolfgang, serving with the U.S. Navy at Norfolk, Va; Mrs. William (Carol) Russell, Maurice D. , Alan D, James W. and Carl I. Wolfgang, all of Saginaw; several nieces and nephews...burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens....
