YARMOUTH - George W. Partridge, 91, died Saturday. He was born in Whitefield, April 7, 1871, son of Alonzo J. and Mary Hutchins Partridge, and was educated in Whitefield schools. He was for namy years a building contractor in Cumberland County and also a superintendent for the Central Maine Power Co. at the St. John Street carbarn. He retired 20 years ago. he was a member of the Casco Lodge, AF and AM., since 1899. His first wife, Letitia Hewitt, died in 1926. His second wife, Ciretha Miller, died in 1957. He is Survived by a daughter, Amy E. Hildreth, yarmouth, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at 37 Portland St., Yarmouth. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
