~~ My heartfelt gratitude to Debra Graves Dawson for sponsoring my Aunts memorial, your kindness touched our hearts ~~

Daughter of the late Ed Caffee & Lucy Jane Ayers Caffee.

She was married to John Rollins Burris who preceded her in death June 17-1984.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Lee Garrett of Campbellsville.
She was survived by one sister : Eliza Ann Caffee Dickens Bryant.

Aunt Maude was a very free spirit woman in her younger days. She loved to travel, meet people, and she so loved life. She always was laughing, she always found the good in everyone. She never had any children.

Aunt Maude and Uncle John, had a dog named Pretty Boy, they spoiled him rotten. When Pretty Boy died my aunt & uncle buried him in Newport at a pet cemetery. They both thought Pretty Boy was there child, I guess in a way he really was.

When Aunt Maude lost Uncle John, her life started to turn down hill, she always said that , he was the love of her life, and without him, it was so hard to move foward.
