Rites Held For Matthew Guinan

Funeral services were held Saturday for Matthew Guinan, 58, former Victor resident who passed away at Buffalo.

Mr. Guinan was born and brought up in Victor, but left here about 30 years ago to live at 11 Council Drive in Buffalo. He was employed by the New York Central Railroad and served as Dispatcher on the main line out of Buffalo for about 30 years, until he returned about a year ago.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Murphy Guinan, two brothers, Leo of Victor and Eugene of Geneva, three sisters, Mrs. Howard M. Lynaugh of Canandaigua, Mrs. Gertrude Keefe of Rochester, and his twin Mrs. Owen Keenan of Rochester.

Last rites were held from St. Paul's Church in Buffalo, and interment was in St. Patrick's Cemetery, in Victor.
