Ranie Marguerite Jacobs was born July 26, 1958 in Muskogee, OK and went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on April 1, 2012 at her home in Muskogee. She is the daughter of Vincent Delmedico and Beverly June (Roberts) Delmedico of Muskogee. She was employed at the OG&E Power Plant in Ft. Gibson, OK. for over 25 years. Ranie was active in her church and community. She had taught various Sunday School classes for a variety of age groups and was a past Girl Scout Troup Leader and Hilldale 4-H Leader. Ranie was also an adjunct teacher at Connors State College Muskogee campus. She was founding member of the First Baptist Church Cruizaders Car Club ministry, a GWRRA Chapter M member and a member of the Faith Riders Motorcycle ministry. She loved taking road trips, motorcycle rides, Amtrak train travel, the city of Chicago, baking and trying new recipes. She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent Delmedico. Survivors include her loving husband, Vincent Jacobs; daughter, Ember Dyann Jacobs and beloved poodle, Jazmin of the home; son, Christopher Jacobs and wife, and granddaughters, Haley, Laura, and Aspyn of Muskogee; Mother-In-Law, Marcella Jacobs; mother, Beverly Delmedico; sisters Vincie McCarty, Bettina Grandstaff and husband, Mark all of Muskogee, Deanna Bartholet and husband, Jimbo of Keefeton; many nieces and nephews, as well as many other close friends, family, church family and coworkers. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Elmwood Cemetery in Wagoner, OK with Dr. Lance Sawyer officiating followed by a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. in the sanctuary at First Baptist Church in Muskogee to celebrate the blessing that Ranie was to so many people. The family requests that you please make a donation to First Baptist Church of Muskogee Food Pantry, 111 S. 7th Street, Muskogee, OK 74401. Funeral services are under the direction of Cornerstone Funeral Home and Crematory, 1830 N. York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
