R DOUGLAS ADLER, SR of Oakland, FL - he was the son of Julian E and Mamie Stubbs Sadler. Doug was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, attended Florida Southern Collage and joined his family's citrus business. Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Jeanette Johnston Adler (married in 1951); Becky (Don) Hiett and Doug (Lena) Sadler; grandchildren, Jason and John Sadler, Melody, April, Mickey and Phillip Hiett; nine great-grandchildren, Selina Sengebusch, Kasja, Lyneya and Kaliyah Sadler, Russ, Claire, Cari and Isaac Hiett. A Funeral Service will be held April 5, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Winter Garden with Dr. K Fay DeSha officiating. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home is serving the family.
