Elizabeth married Charles Rice Jan. 11 1850 at Racine County, Wisconsin. They had two children Hiram and Sarah by 1860 as the census shows them at Boulder Creek, Colorado. From here they went to California, Nevada and back to Wisconsin. Eventually they moved to Albion, Nebraska. Here either Charles died, divorced or just disappeared. One source that was found says they were divorced in 1872. Elizabeth lived in Albion and Columbus, Nebraska where she married her second husband Loran Clark Sr. in March 24,1872. As far as known there were no children by this marriage. Elizabeth was one of the first people to build a house in Albion. No record of when she died or was buried.
