N. M. Brantley Dies after Long Illness
Noel Malcolm Brantley, of Clinchfield, 37, formerly of Taliaferro County, died Tuesday at noon in a Macon Hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the home at Clinchfield.
He was the son of the late R. F. Brantley, prominent farmer of Taliaferro County.
Survivors included his wife, the former Miss Leila Alford, of Garfield; son Richard Colquitt Brantley; mother, Mrs. R. F. Brantley; sister, Mrs. J. T. Overton, all of Clinchfield; and another sister, Mrs. H. N. Hollis, of Atlanta; cousin, James Humphrey, of Clinchfield.
