MOLLY GRANT GIBSON
Molly Grant Gibson, 79, of Florence, died Thursday, February 21, 2008 in a Florence hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Gibson was born in Elim, SC a daughter of the late Ruth Hatchell Grant and Luther Grant. She graduated from Tans Bay High School and was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church. She was a faithful wife to Rev. Norwood Gibson for 54 years until his death in 1999. She invested her life with him in his ministry.

Surviving are her son, Allen (Brenda) Gibson of Florence; daughter, Debbie (Randy) Scott of Pocahontas, AR; sister, Annie Ruth Kirby, of Florence; grandchildren, Jason Scott, Amy Carson, Katherine James and David Gibson; great-grandchild, Lauryn Carson.

Memorials may be made to Peace Free Will Baptist Church, 897 Third Loop Road, Florence, SC 29505.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
