|Death: ||Nov. 9, 1926|
1 of 13 children (and 2 adults) killed in the tornado which swept thru town on that date.
Funeral held 11 Nov. 1926 with his best friend Jack Clark and both were transported in the same hearse to the cemetery.
The obituary which appeared in the Wash. Post newspaper referred to the burial as 'St Thomas Church Cemetery, Chapel Pt.', just as other obits did prior to 1930 at this place of worship.
And please note that the 'L.' could stand for Leveiger as reported as his 1st name in some of the papers, or maybe La Vega as shown on his marker. But for now let's go with the bronze plaque at the Somers School which says his name is James La Viga.
