Yesterday Richard W. Parsons, a member of Hatch Post, G. A. R. of Camden, and who was also a member of Company B, Twenty-ninth Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, was buried with military honors from his residence, Newton avenue and Line street, Camden. His body was escorted to Evergreen Cemetery, by a detail from Post 37. Deceased was a brave soldier; was taken prisoner and confined for several months in the Libby Prison at Richmond."
