STAMPS, Ark.—Charles Franklin Mosby Jr., 56, of Buckner, Ark., died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, in a Garland, Texas, hospital.
Mr. Mosby was born Oct. 27, 1951, in Louisiana. He was a retired mechanic and a Vietnam War Army veteran.
Survivors include his father, Jerry Gannon of Lake Erling, Ark.; two brothers and one sister-in-law, James and Cathy Gannon of Buckner and Odell Carpenter of Cullen, La.; and four nieces and nephews, Daniel Alford, Paula Dycke, Bobby Morgan and Cindy Morgan.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Falcon Cemetery, Falcon, Ark. Burial will be under direction of Smith Funeral Home.
