Curtis was born September 17, 1907, in Callaway County, the son of John and Nennie (Bledsaw) Williams, both born in Missouri. He was divorced. Curtis was a laborer.
Arrangements were under the direction of Eli Bell of Fulton. Burial was in Crows Fork Cemetary.
