Frank "Toby" Edmund Gibbons, 66, of Idaho Falls, died July 20, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born August 31, 1935 at Rexburg, to Frank Charles Gibbons and Margaret Ellsworth. He grew up and attended schools in the area. He served as a sergeant in the Army during the Korean War. On February 1, 1957, he married Ruth Louise Radford in Rigby. He had worked as a commercial painting contractor since 1961. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge. Frank enjoyed fishing and being with his grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents and a brother. Funeral Services were held July 23, 2002, at Wood Chapel of the Pines, with Lynn Radford officiating. Burial was in Ririe-Shelton Cemetery with Military Rites performed by Bonneville County Veterans Team.
