Mount Pulaski-- Mrs Catherine Danner Epting, 82, life-long resident of Mount Pulaski, died at 7:20 pm.m yesterday in her home following a prolonged illness.
Born on Dec. 1, 1859, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Danner, who were among the first setters of Mount Pulaski. She was married Jan. 29, 1884 to Andrew Epting who preceded her in death last June.Well known here, Mrs. Epting was a member of the Zion Lutheran church.Surviving are a son, Fred, four daughters, Mrs. John Still. Mrs. Frank Horn, Mrs. Edward Gimble and Mrs. Oliver Guslo, several grandchildren, two brothers, Christian and John Danner, all of Mount Pulaski.The body was taken to the School funeral home here.
