Mrs Laura Louise Spatz, 61, wife of Henry Spatz, died at her home, 303 Church Ave., Shoemakersville.
She was born in Center township, daughter of the late Aaron and Annie (Potteiger) Blatt and was a member of the U. C. C. denomination at Belleman's Union Church.
Surviving, besides her husband, are four daughters: Anna, wife of Floyd Heckman, Hamburg; Mildred, wife of Benjamin Bucks, Mohrsville; Gladys, wife of Floyd Long, Shoemakersville R.D. 1 and Sylvia, wife of Donald Snyder, Reading; three grandchildren and two sisters; Andora, wife of Herbert Rahn, Laureldale, and Ada, wife of John Balthaser, Strausstown.
