Clemons L. Niederer of Havana, Illinois, died at the St. Clara's hospital in Lincoln on May 11, 1949. He was born at Bath, Illinois, on April 22, 1866, the son of John C. and Josephine Schrader Niederer. He had been a resident of Havana for the past 30 years. He was married to Katherine Deverman on November 22, 1888, and she preceded him in death on September 25, 1922. Mr. Niederer was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Havana. He is survived by the following children: Clem. Niederer of Creve Couer, Mo., Adolph Niederer of Havana, Anna Porter of Havana, and Wm. Niederer of Topeka.
