Mr. Andrew Timothy "Tim" Rowlett, 50, of Swifton departed this life on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Newport. He was born March 14, 1961 at Walnut Ridge.

Mr. Rowlett worked at Medallion Foods for 19 years, and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Rowett liked watching wrestling and football, old black and white westerns and sitcoms on television. He loved to reminisce about old times with his family. Mr. Rowlett enjoyed listening to country and western music, old time rock and roll, and was an avid Elvis fan.

He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Andrew and Hazel (Huskey) Rowlett; and one sister, Francis Elizabeth Dobbs.

Mr. Rowlett is survived by his birth mother, Virginia Dobbs of Walnut Ridge; one brother, D.C. Rowlett and wife Mary of Vilonia; one aunt and uncle, Paul and Dorothy Huskey of Saffell, Arkansas; and several cousins.

Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Friday at Jackson's Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Haines Cemetery. Visitation is Friday 11:00 a.m. until service time.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Rick Hall, Josh Hall, Tanner Rogers, Warren Rowlett, Jeff Rowlett, and Andrew Rowlett.

The family would like to recognize and give special thanks to Carolyn Ervin of Swifton as his caregiver of the past year.
