Annalea Simon Clark, 91, passed away peacefully in her home in Tucson, Ariz., on Feb. 17, 2012, with her four children by her side. Annalea was born on Nov. 20, 1920, in North Platte, to Leo Francis and Catherine Neville Simon. She married Glenn L. Clark in 1945 and they built their home in Tucson where she lived until her passing. She loved to travel and visit exotic destinations throughout her life. She enjoyed fishing, boating, tennis, water-skiing, aerobics and bird and wildlife watching. She loved life and her family. Annalea was truly a woman ahead of her times. She is and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her four children, Kitty, Tracie (David) Smith, JoAnne and Todd (Jill); a grandson, Brandon Smith; brother-in-law, Ray Jenkins; sister-in-law, Marilyn Simon Mulligan (Bill); numerous nieces, nephews and other family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Catherine Simon; her twin sister, Rosalea Jenkins and her older sister, Frances; and four brothers, Paul, Urban, Tom and Joe. Graveside services will be March 10, in the North Platte Cemetery.
