Rosey was born the daughter of Arthur Turner Wilson Globe and Ella Eliza Moore in Swinton, England.

Rosey's year of birth does not match her birth certificate. Birth certificate indicates 1896 and not sure why she used the date in 1898 when she came to the US.

Grandma Rosey was a wonderful, caring woman and mother of nine children for whom she cared for and loved dearly.

Rosey Globe married Harry Marson, II in 1913 and had two children, Lovis and Vincent. She later married Harold E. Carroll on August 18, 1925. This unity brought seven additional children, Helen, Marjorie, Mary Jo, John "Jack", Paul, Nancy and George.

Rosey worked as a maid for George & Emma Stifel. George Stifel was part owner of Stifel Calico Textile Company. Upon George & Emma's death, she continued to work for their daughter Nellie. Upon Rosey's retirement, Nellie continued her relationship with Rosey and helped her financially. Our family will be forever grateful to Nellie.

Memories of Sunday dinners and Sunday evening ice cream will be in my memory forever. She left behind 32 grandchildren who loved her dearly.

Rest in Peace Grandma Rosey. Thanks for watching over us.
