Junior was born January 28, 1928 at Verner, he was a son of Eva Walls Lester, of Coal Mountain and the late Rastus Lester.
Junior was also preceded in death by wife, Geneva Gay Morgan Lester; daughters, Melinda and Ilene Lester; brothers, Hubert and Arnold Lester; sister, Inos Ramsey and a grandchild.
Junior's survived by his wife and mother; sons, Sammy and Randy Lee Lester; daughters, Ethel Daugherty, Diana Lester, Hanover; and sisters, Loberta Stacy, Shirley Browning, Katherine Hatfield, Teresa Wallace,
and Geneva Lester and Linda Hatfield; and eight grandchildren.
Junior's burial was in the Hatfield Cemetery, Coal Mountain, WV
