Born in Barberton, Ohio, she resided at Sumner Home on Merriman Rd. She was employed at Ohio Brass, retired and moved to Florida in 1972, returned to Ohio in 1993.
She is preceded in death by loving husband, Lester Kahl and is survived by son, John J. Greene (Jean); grandchildren, Denise Strole (Richard), Lisa and Shawn Greene; great-grandchildren, Erika and McKenna Strole.
Cremation has taken place, and she will be laid to rest at Bay Pines Veterans Cemetery in Florida next to her beloved husband.
