LLOYD L. HENSLEY, 72, of Colorado Springs died April 12, 1992, at a local hospital. He was retired from the Air Force and also had been a commercial photographer.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home's Chapel of Roses, with the Revs. Mark L. Hensley and Raymond R. Jones officiating. Entombment will be at Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 3825 Airport Road. Shrine of Remembrance is handling arrangements.
Mr. Hensley was born March 14, 1920, in East St. Louis, Ill., to William and Annie (Euell) Hensley.
He had lived in Colorado Springs since 1987 and also had lived in Collinsville, Ill.
Mr. Hensley was a member of Crestview Southern Baptist Church and the Retired Officers Association.
He had been in the Air Force from 1942 to 1947 and attained the rank of first lieutenant.
Mr. Hensley is survived by four sons, Mark L. of Midwest City, Okla., Evan L. of Colorado Springs, Scott L. of Mobile, Ala., and Bryan L. of Seattle; a sister, Thelma Primm of Collinsville; and eight grandchildren.
He had two brothers and a sister, who are deceased.
