Blanche M. LaLonde, married William Alexander, son of Elbert Murice Templin and Mary Melinda May Templin in 1913.
Blanche and William were the parents of 2 sons.
Obit: Mrs. Blanche M. LaLonde Templin, one of this community's most active and widley known women, passed away at St. Lukes hospital Wednesday morning after a long and serious illiness. The deceased wife of William Alexander Templin, had been confined to her home, N7109 Altamont, for many weeks, but was removed to the hospital when her condition became more critical.
Mrs. Templin was born in Michigan, and spent her girlhood there. She learned the typesetting trade at an early age and worked on several newspapers of the middle west. She met William Templin in Montana in 1911 and they were married in Spokane in 1913.
Mrs. Templin was secretary of the North Spokane irrigation district No. 8 and a member of the Men's club auxiliary of Morgan Acres and the Morgan Acres Demonstration club. She had also been active in affairs of the Christian Church.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, William Alexander "Lex" Templin, Jr. and Elbert Neal Templin, one sister in Michigan, a brother in Oregon and three brothers in Chicago
Funeral services are planned for Friday at Hazen and Jaeger's Chapel. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
