julia Mae Huskey Etherton, of Knoxville, born February 24, 1924 went home on February 24, 2012 on her 88th birthday. Member of Riverdale Baptist Church, Fidelis Sunday School Class, and WMU. Preceded in death by: husband, Eugene Etherton; parents, Ephraim and Mamie Lamb Huskey, brother and sister-in-law, I.G. and Damal Huskey, and sister-in-law, Shirley Huskey. Survived by: son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Sherry Etherton; daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Wade Killion and Charlotte and Danny McCloud. Grandchildren; Julie (Steve) McCampbell, Mendy Killion, Travis McCloud, Jina (Daniel) Autrey, Cody McCloud (Keesha Blanton), B.G. (Tara) Killion, Justin (Jessica) Etherton. Great Grandchildren: Drew Roderick, Alycia McCampbell (Andy Goban), Haley Roderick, Savannah McCloud, Allison Autrey, Lily-Ann Warwick, Malaney Etherton, Nathan McCloud, James and Destiney Bryant, Marshine Hancock, Shayona Mitchell. Brothers: Garland (Georgia) Huskey, Herman Huskey, John (Kitty) Huskey, Paul (Sylvia) Huskey. Sisters: Frances (Rip) Holdway, Peggy (Ebb) Williamson; sister-in-law, Lucille Miller and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 5 – 8 pm at Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 East Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920. A funeral service will follow at 8 pm in the chapel at Highland South Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Vincent officiating. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 11 am at Highland South Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Travis and Cody McCloud, B.G. Killion, Justin Etherton, Steve McCampbell and Daniel Autrey.
