Espy Loy Wonderling, 52, a veteran of WWII, was found dead in his home, 1318 Dallas Ave., Natrona Heights, Saturday.
Mr. Wonderling, in ill health for a number of years, was believed to have died about five days previous.
He was born in Worthville, Pa. on Dec. 10, 1906, a son of McCain T. Wonderling and the late Louise E. Geist Wonderling.
He leaves, in addition to his father, five sisters: Mrs. Pearl Hahn, Columbus, Ohio; Mrs. James (Arveta) Smith, Mrs. John (Evelyn) Beckwith and Mrs. Dale (Eleanor) Beckwith, Natrona Heights; Mrs. Erma Swartzlander, Columbus, Ohio; two brothers: Carl Wonderling, Ashland, Ky. and Dorse Wonderling, Freeport.
Friends were received over the weekend at the Ferver Funeral Home, Wood St. and 4th Ave., Tarentum. Services this afternoon at 2 were conducted by Rev. Paul J. Meuschke, pastor of Center United Methodist Church, Donnellville. Burial was made in Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
